Apparently Nintendo is going to have a busy year in 2019. A rumor from a user named Emily Rogers on a Resetera thread has said that 11 different upcoming Nintendo Switch games will be coming out spread out across this year, though they have no idea of what they’ll be or what their genre is. We’ve already heard that there will be a number of games coming out this year. Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem: The Three Houses, and Luigi’s Mansion 3 have already been announced for this year, but if these 11 new games aren’t part of those three, we’ll have a busy month on the Switch. A trio of 2019 THQ Nordic Nintendo Switch games have been announced via a press release. The Book of Unwritten Tales 2, The Raven Remastered, and Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy are all slated for an Early 2019 release for Nintendo’s hybrid handheld console. Odds are you might not have heard of some of these titles before. These three 2019 THQ Nordic Nintendo Switch games all have something special to offer. A Wall Street Journal source is suggesting a new Nintendo Switch model could be on the way next year, with a release date around the middle to end of 2019. That is, once Nintendo decide how to improve it. Details at the moment point to an upgraded Switch rather than a completely new console, with sources suggesting the company is weighing up its options in terms of new hardware and software features, as well as the costs involved. Presumably the plan is to make the console better without pushing the price up, or maybe even bringing it down. One rumoured option for improvement is the screen.
