Lost Ark's next major update is on the horizon, but when it does arrive on June 30, it won't include a previously promised feature--Yoz's Jar. In a new blog post outlining features coming to the free-to-play MMO in the Wrath of the Covetous Legion update, Lost Ark's Western publisher Amazon states the Yoz's Jar cosmetics system described in the game's recent roadmap won't be featured in the upcoming update as originally planned. The jar would have introduced a new cosmetic system into Lost Ark, and while it was primarily just for fashion purposes, epic and legendary skins obtained through Yoz's Jar would have granted 1% or 2% attack power increases, depending on rarity. Under The Shadow director Babak Anvari talks his new “Hitchcockian neo-noir crime thriller”
With Under the Shadow and Wounds , British-Iranian filmmaker Babak Anvari announced himself as a bracingly fresh voice in the supernatural horror genre. But there’s more than one string to Anvari’s fearsome bow, as evidenced by I Came By, a "Hitchcockian neo-noir crime thriller" that also proves the British film industry doesn’t make them like it used to. "I find it interesting that we’ve lost touch with the whole Hitchcockian genre in Britain," Anvari tells Total Film in the new issue, featuring Thor: Love and Thunder on the cover . "So it’s really exciting for me to take inspiration from the master and try to do something in that vein, in modern times." Set in contemporary inner-city London, the film stars George MacKay as Toby and Percelle Ascott as Jay, graffiti artists and income-inequality avengers who break into the homes of the city’s wealthy elite only to tag their walls with a three-word insignia – 'I Came By' – before slipping away into the night. Obi-Wan Kenobi finale includes one detail that changes a key Vader scene in Return of the Jedi
A new Star Wars fan theory suggests the Obi-Wan Kenobi finale has answered a lingering original trilogy question involving Darth Vader. Spoilers for Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 6 follow. Darth Vader unmasking himself as he lay dying at the end of Return of the Jedi has stayed with several generations of Star Wars fans. You’ve probably noticed the wound on his head dozens of times too. How did the Sith Lord (then played by Sebastian Shaw) get the battle scar? The smart money may have been during the events of Revenge of the Sith on Mustafar which left Anakin broken and beaten on the lava banks of the fiery planet. But, as some on social media have pointed out, it’s possible that Obi-Wan actually caused the injury during the events of the Obi-Wan Kenobi finale.
