Fans Praise Latest One-Punch Man Episode’s CGI Animation
By Connor Casey - May 7, 2019 05:21 pm EDT Share 0 Comments 0 One-Punch Man's animation quality has been a hot topic among fans ever since the anime had its production moved from Madhouse over to J.C. Staff. While some have been let down by the change in quality, others have been pleasantly surprised by how the studio has handled certain action scenes, such as the Garou vs. Tank-Top Master fight from episode three. This week the studio got to flex its animation muscles by using CGI animation to bring the Dragon-level threat Centichoro to life. After defeating four different monsters of various sizes throughout the episode to protect S-City, Metal Bat sees the ground begin to shake the massive centipede monster emerges from underground. He attempts to use his killer move "Fighting Spirit Dragon Pummeling"" on the beast, only to get smacked to the ground and targeted by Garou. In an unexpected twist of fate, the CGI centipede was actually one the highlights of … [Read more...] about Fans Praise Latest One-Punch Man Episode’s CGI Animation

There are more buffs than nerfs happening, though the amount doesn’t differ between the two too greatly. The update is scheduled to go live next week, though everything that’s listed there is of course subject to change before the patch goes live. Blizzard Defends Overwatch 2 Against Criticism About its Lacks of New Content
By Tyler Fischer - December 6, 2019 10:27 pm EST Share 0 Comments 0 When Blizzard revealed Overwatch 2 for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch back in November at BlizzCon, there was some confusion over whether it was a proper sequel or just a bloated expansion. Why? Well for a plethora of reasons. For one, there seemed to be a general lack of new content. Two, the new hero designs looked like simple revisions. And three because the multiplayer was going to be largely the same. In fact, if you own the first game you'll get all of the multiplayer content of the sequel. In other words, the big differentiator is the PvE story content, which will only be playable with the sequel. That said, there's been some criticism and Internet jabs thrown Blizzard's way, suggesting the game isn't really a sequel as much as an expansion. However, speaking to Edge Magazine, game director Jeff Kaplan ensured this isn't the case. “A sequel is a brand new game, with new … [Read more...] about Blizzard Defends Overwatch 2 Against Criticism About its Lacks of New Content
