It’s quite incredible just how far online casinos have come over the last couple of decades. They’ve changed the way we gamble completely, giving us the option to play our favourite casino games from the convenience of our own home, or on the move – and with any device we have at our fingertips. Just think that it used to be like. Gamblers would have to make infrequent trips to city centre casinos or take a pricey break to Las Vegas, Monaco or Macau. With fully-fledged virtual casinos in our pockets, the need to take time out to travel somewhere to enjoy some gambling is becoming less pertinent. And players have loved it. According to Gambling Commission figures, up to a third of all adults in the UK now use the internet to gamble on the National Lottery, online casino games, bingo and sports. Of the £13.9 billion that we spend on all forms of gambling in the UK each year, nearly £4.9 billion comes from online-only services. This huge amount of … [Read more...] about Incredible How Far Online Casinos Have Come. Take A Look!
Just last week, Epic Games made its wildly popular and successful multiplayer sandbox survival shooter Fortnite available for Nintendo Switch, with many on the Big N’s hybrid mobile console then discovering that trying to sign in on the Switch using a PS4-linked account with Epic Games forces players to make a new one. We don't actually want superpowers in the next GTA (or do we?), but what a great image.Samuel: Me and Joe have been thinking about what we want from the next GTA. Not the mad-as-shit stuff that they speculated about in the old PlayStation magazines I used to work on, like how GTA 4 should've let you fly a rocket into outer space or any of that nonsense, but stuff Rockstar might actually do. Between us, we have a few hundred hours of GTA Online under our belts. We both really like the core of GTA—the singleplayer part always succeeds at gradually peeling back the layers of the world, and giving you that journey from getaway driver with a baseball bat to gunship-flying millionaire. GTA Online is imperfect, but there's a reason it's one of the biggest online games in the world: for a certain generation, it's the MMO they've always wanted to play, and I include myself in that. It's perhaps done the whole living game thing more … [Read more...] about What we want from GTA 6 (and the next version of GTA Online)
