Stan Lee is as much of an icon as the superheroes he helped bring to life. Though the co-creator of the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Thor and the Hulk hasn’t written Marvel books since 1972, he’s the public face of Marvel Comics, having appeared at countless conventions, voiced himself on The Simpsons, narrated Marvel’s first forays into animation and made cameos in nearly every Marvel movie (including both of this year’s billion-dollar hits, Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War). The sad stories of … [Read more...] about Stan Lee’s comics legacy is embroiled in accusations, lawsuits and challenges

One thing is clear, though: … [Read more...] about Did Microsoft Live Up To Its E3 2017 Promises?
Over the last ten years, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has dropped blockbuster after blockbuster into theaters all over the world, elevating some of its most obscure heroes from the murky depths of obscurity to A-List celebrity essentially overnight — and in that time, some patterns have emerged. With a staggering 18 films officially falling under the MCU umbrella, we’ve been given a laundry list of male superhero tentpoles. From Captain America to Ant-Man, these movies have set up a veritable buffet of men who are ready to face down their problems by punching them really, really hard — and so far, the only major deviation in this formula has been the off-chance that they might make you laugh while they’re doing it. At least, until now. Enter Black Panther. King T’Challa of Wakanda, the Black Panther himself, is the latest addition to the MCU’s roster of men in costumes, and the list of things that set him apart from his predecessors could probably … [Read more...] about Black Panther’s vulnerability is something Marvel desperately needs
