The power grind in Destiny 2 has been a major point of contention in the community, as many players feel that getting to max level is too easy. Bungie announced today that the grind will undergo a major rework alongside Destiny 2’s Warmind DLC In the “This Week at Bungie” blog post, Bungie Senior Designer Daniel Auchenpaugh detailed how leveling player gear will be different after Warmind launches this May. First and foremost, these changes will impact the entire game, not just the Warmind DLC’s loot. So players who did not purchase the DLC will still see these changes when leveling up.The soft level cap for loot in Warmind will be 340, with the hard cap (minus +5 mods) increasing to 380. Overall, the changes are reminiscent of Destiny’s original system, where the grind from 340 to 380 will be significantly easier if tackling endgame activities like the raid or Trials. These changes seek to give players a sense of accomplishment and give reasons to come … [Read more...] about Destiny 2 is Making the Power Level Grind Slower in Warmind DLC

By Sherif Saed, Friday, 6 April 2018 11:52 GMT Vermintide 2’s update 1.0.5 has been released, and there’s a lot of good news for players who feel stuck in the game’s higher difficulties. Patch 1.0.5 is now available for all Vermintide 2 players, following a brief closed testing phase last weekend. The update mainly brings balance changes, particularly when playing on Legend, and Champion difficulties. By Sherif Saed, Tuesday, 30 January 2018 12:53 GMT There’s a new patch available on test servers for PUBG, and it brings with it some big changes to Miramar. The patch is out now, and anyone can download the test build of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds to test out the changes for themselves. This is the first update that changes parts of Miramar, the game’s desert map, based on player feedback. In particular, the update adds new off-road tracks for easier navigation, and improves the loot in certain areas. The update also adds several bits of cover and buildings to some areas to make engagements more interesting. The map has been the subject of much criticism from the game’s community, with some going as far as removing Miramar from the game’s files. Like the previous test patch, this one also brings a new anti-cheat measure. Developer PUBG Corp noted that this new solution requires more testing, and stressed that it’s still under development. … [Read more...] about PUBG PC test patch makes first changes to Miramar, adds new anti-cheat tech
