Easter eggs in games are an adored practice in the industry. Especially when they’re done right as well. Respawn hasn’t strayed from this tradition since we might have just discovered an Easter egg in their latest title. As we can see in this video here, Apex Legends is actually hiding the Loch Ness Monster in the game. So the easter egg was accessed by these players when they ran around the map, shooting Loch Ness Monster dolls. These weren’t just random objects they were shooting, since there was actually hit registration and damage numerals on the dolls. Capcom may have just found the best way to advertise Monster Hunter: World. According to a company’s announcement, they’ll give $70000 to anyone that sends them solid proof that some notorious monsters such as Big Foot and the monster of Loch Ness do exist. Though unconventional, Capcom encourages you to hunt for some mythological creatures and why not earn some cash out of it. Laura Kelly, Senior PR Manager for Capcom has made the announcement, saying that they reopen the cases of ten “real” monsters such as Big Foot, the Loch Ness monster, the Sirens, the Chupacabra, the worm of the death of Mongolia and so on.
