Since releasing in “X-treme Early Access” last week, the 80s game show-infused battle royale game from Boss Key Productions, Radical Heights, has been met with a great deal of criticism. One of the biggest complaints fans have had about the game is its lack of female playable characters, but it looks as though that particular issue will be fixed in the near future. This is according to Cliff “CliffyB” Bleszinski, who posted images of the Radical Heights female character models on Twitter. The female characters in Radical Heights will stick with the 80s-inspired look and feel of the rest of the game, as they appear to be dressed as stereotypical VHS tape fitness instructors. Unfortunately, CliffyB didn’t indicate when exactly fans of Radical Heights can expect the female playable characters to be added to the game.Check out the female playable characters in Radical Heights right here: Forthcoming. pic.twitter.com/Mw3DuAr8pm — … [Read more...] about Radical Heights Reveals Female Character Models, Outfits

By Sherif Saed, Tuesday, 10 April 2018 15:49 GMT Boss Key’s battle royale shooter, Radical Heights, will not allow players to create a female avatar when it launches today. Female characters were suspiciously absent from Radical Heights’ reveal trailer, which flaunts individuality and personalisation through cosmetic items. The reason is that, at launch, female characters will not be available. They’re “coming soon” according to developer Boss Key, but the good news is that all cosmetic items in the game can be worn by male or female characters, so you’ll be able to make use of your wardrobe when they finally do show up. Boss Key confirmed this detail in a reply to a fan on Twitter. Female contestants will be implemented but won't be available at launch tomorrow. You'll be greeted with a "coming soon" for females tomorrow during customization. Plus all cosmetics you unlock can be worn by males or females. — Radical Heights … [Read more...] about Radical Heights won’t have female characters at launch
On the first anniversary of the Nintendo Switch, it seems strange to look back at that first reveal video and remember the hubbub of confusion and excitement. Our first look at Ninty’s strange little hybrid pitched it as the coolest piece of kit to bring to a frat party, as something you’d play in the park, as something that would bring people together. I, along with hundreds of other gamers, scratched my head, wondering if the Japanese gaming giant had finally lost its mind by creating a hybrid console; a device that could potentially fall in the gap between console and handheld. However, the brilliance of Switch has burned brighter and brighter throughout the first year of its life, leaving me - and many others - in no doubt about its technical accomplishments or universal appeal. With the Wii U it was clear Nintendo had lost its way. After the success of the Wii, the Wii U was a failure; a cumbersome, awkward and downright weird attempt at a hybrid that made sure gamers … [Read more...] about Nintendo Switch then vs now, how a year can change a console

Much like Windows Sonic, it emulates surround sound through headphones, which affects every single game and application. Lmao not every game has Atmos I didn't say every game had Atmos. Enabling Atmos in windows does change how everything sounds, though. It doesn't use the per object manipulation, but in my case, my headphones are much louder with atmos enabled. Louder sounds are also toned down, and I can hear voices clearer. You really have a tough time reading, don't you?
