Perk 3 has a slightly lower power level so it’s a bit less down to the meta as to which one you choose. I personally prefer Amped, because when using two primary weapons like a Sniper and Assault Rifle it’s hugely beneficial to be able to switch between the two guns quickly. It’s saved me from death multiple times. Alternatively, Battle Hardened is also a nice one – it minimises the impact of enemy flashbangs and stunners, as well as stopping niche situations like gas grenades and snapshot grenades. Shot in the Dark is an interesting blend of platformer and click shooting, but it also stands out for its charming, ultra-retro art style, which is black and white and red (blood and fire are red, you see). In the same quarterly earnings call cited above, Hasbro CFO Deb Thomas said the analog playerbase of Magic: The Gathering remained larger than Arena, even accounting for digital migration during the pandemic. Their intentions seemed to be continuing support for physical products as much as possible, even while touting online growth.
