Released in 2018, Yoku's Island Express beautifully marries pinball mechanics with the side-scrolling adventuring of metroidvanias. The sales in Japan for Xbox Series S last week surpassed those of PlayStation 5, making this the first time an Xbox console has outsold a PlayStation in any given week since 2014. According to Famitsu , during the week of May 9 through May 15, the Xbox Series S console sold 6,120 units. Sales of the PlayStation 5 disc version and digital edition consoles were at 2,240 and 493 units, respectively, for a combined total of 2,693 units. This specific incident is most likely due to the low supply of PlayStation 5 consoles whereas Xbox Series S supply is more plentiful. Last year, Sony reportedly told analysts that shortages for its latest console will continue through 2022 . Xbox has revealed the latest games heading to Game Pass throughout the next month, some of which will be heading to the service as soon as today. Announced via the official Xbox Game Pass Twitter account , subscribers will soon be able to play a flurry of new games this month. There’s a number of great games coming to the service including shooter Sniper Elite 5, which will be added to Game Pass on day one of its release, roguelike shooter Vampire Survivors, the prehistoric park management sim Jurassic World Evolution 2, a preview of the cozy sim Little Witch in the Woods, plus many more. The next batch of games leaving Xbox Game Pass has been announced, with seven total exiting by the end of May as a new group of games joins the program. However, a few of these titles are older versions of yearly series, which have already had their recent entries join Game Pass. The first two games are NHL 20 and Farming Simulator 19. While these games are leaving soon, the newest NHL title--NHL 22-- was recently added to Game Pass, while the newest Farming Simulator game--Farming Simulator 22--arrives on Game Pass May 19. Fall Guys is going free-to-play for all platforms, and it's also adding Switch and Xbox to those platforms on June 21. Developer Mediatonic announced the game's big summer update during a reveal stream earlier today. From June 21, Fall Guys will be available to play for free on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Cross-play, cross-platform parties, and cross-progression will be available across all versions through Epic Online Services, which will require an Epic Games account. The PS5 and Xbox Series X version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will arrive by the end of this year.
