Microsoft has discounted over 500 digital Xbox games as part of their Black Friday sale for Xbox Live Gold members. Those who aren’t Gold members will have to wait until November 19, 2018 to participate, or they can purchased a month of Xbox Live Gold for only $1 in Microsoft’s annual promotion during the holidays. These discounts join other Black Friday sales from Xbox that discounted Forza Horizon 4, State of Decay 2, and brought the Xbox One S to $199.99 USD. Some other Black Friday sales from PlayStation and Nintendo have gone up as well. And while the PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X have been out for some time now I have to agree with Joel that the Slim and S are the consoles to pick up this holiday if you haven’t already jumped into the new generation of consoles. Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Ghost Corps and publisher FourThirtyThree Inc have announced that Ghostbusters World pre-registration is now open for all Android and iOS users. The announcement arrives alongside a new recruitment trailer, starring Greg Miller of Kinda Funny fame. Gamers who wish to pre-register can do so by heading to this link for iOS users, and this link for Android users. Although the game will be a free-to-play AR map-based mobile game in the vein of Pokemon Go and Jurassic World Alive, it will also feature turn-based combat gameplay with RPG elements in its multiplayer PvP mode.
