The Nintendo Switch-exclusive third instalment of the bewitching franchise was revealed in 2017, but developer Platinum Games has been pretty taciturn on progress since then, only infrequently breaking cover to insist that yes, the game is still in development. … [Read more...] about Kamiya still can’t “say too much” about Bayonetta 3 but hopes to “update during the year”

Cold War Zombies: Best loadout, weapons and field upgrades
Ring of Fire is the other field upgrade I’ve been really enjoying. When you start camping in corners to take out loads of zombies in later rounds, this bad boy will be an absolute godsend. Using it creates a ring of fire around you which boosts your damage and deals fire damage to enemies. Make sure you upgrade it too, as it blocks enemy projectiles which is massively powerful when fighting Megatons, as well as taking ammo from your stock rather than your magazine, meaning for the 15 seconds the Ring of Fire is active you basically have no need to stop firing your shotgun. … [Read more...] about Cold War Zombies: Best loadout, weapons and field upgrades

Finally, Tracker can be a really strong option, especially late in the game, when you’re trying to hunt down the last of your foes to clinch that Warzone Victory. … [Read more...] about Best Warzone loadouts and top class setups
Smaller teams make for better matches in Cold War’s new Dropkick mode
Running around the larger maps means that you really need to coordinate with the rest of the team to cover all angles, but even with comms switched off this is far easier to accomplish when there's just six of you. I saw people filing into position behind various cars to cover our briefcase carrier on the Mall at the Pines map, and diligently regrouping when things didn't go our way. This is a nice change from my regular Multiplayer games, where everyone has one eye glued to their K/D, even when this means ignoring the strategies that would benefit the team and actually win matches. … [Read more...] about Smaller teams make for better matches in Cold War’s new Dropkick mode
