Perk 3 has a slightly lower power level so it’s a bit less down to the meta as to which one you choose. I personally prefer Amped, because when using two primary weapons like a Sniper and Assault Rifle it’s hugely beneficial to be able to switch between the two guns quickly. It’s saved me from death multiple times. Alternatively, Battle Hardened is also a nice one – it minimises the impact of enemy flashbangs and stunners, as well as stopping niche situations like gas grenades and snapshot grenades.
