From 2004 - 2010, the Saw franchise was king of the Halloween movie season, and even though Jigsaw doesn't bring anything fresh to the franchise seven years later, it's still enough of a fun "torture porn" throwback to possibly reclaim the crown. The story takes place 10 years after the end of the Jigsaw killings, where we witness two connected series of events taking place. The first is a classic Jigsaw test on some unsuspecting victims, who wake up to find themselves trapped in one of the killer's signature games. Jeff Goldblum Would Love to Do a Grandmaster Solo Movie for Marvel

Goldblum appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote the upcoming release of his Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom film, where host Kimmel revealed he was a huge fan of Goldblum's Grandmaster role in last year's Thor: Ragnarok. "I would love to see the Grandmaster have a whole movie," Kimmel said. Goldblum, having enjoyed playing the part, agreed. "I would, too," Goldblum said. "I love all those guys at Marvel and Kevin Feige but the director of that, Taika Waititi, he's a genius! He helped create Flight of the Concords. You ever see that movie that he did, all improvised? Game of Thrones star Kit Harrington was the only cast member or creative person involved to receive a nomination for the series' final season (Thrones had previously been nominated for Best TV Drama in five of its seven previous seasons). The awards also drew criticism due to nominating only male directors in the "Best Director – Motion Picture" category despite the critical success of female directed movies like Booksmart, Little Women, and Hustlers (all of which were nominated in other categories). Another curious choice was made in the nomination process as well, but this one may have gone unnoticed by some and came as a surprise to the studio.
