If you're struggling to spot rooms and mobilise in time, a possible strategy is to assign each 'team' a side so know which part of the room to go to. While a problem here is when Clean Rooms are both on the same side (which is unlikely, but possible) we'd argue it's better to play to this scenario and wipe if you're occasionally unlucky - especially since you only have to play to the end of the first phase - then scramble like mad each time. Once everyone is back, go to the Conflux in the centre and defend it. Powerful Descendant Minotaurs will assault you from the stairs and from both Vex time gates. The Relic holders are both potent defenders here and should address one time gate each, but keep those void weapons and Supers handy as well.
