The past few months have been a brutal reminder of Lee’s humanity, with a whirlwind of allegations made by and against the people closest to Lee, which stretch from claims of fraudulent signatures to the theft of his blood. Instagram is adding a shopping payments feature that lets you link your credit or debit card to pay for services directly in the app. The Facebook-owned photo-sharing platform has quietly begun trialling the feature with UK and US users ahead of a wider rollout, confirms TechCrunch. Instagram is stocked full of retailers, ads, and celebs trying to hock items, so it didn't come as a surprise when the app brought its shopping feature to the UK in March. It lets brands add a purchase option to their posts, allowing you to buy everything from trainers to gadgets by tapping a pop-up tag, which directs you to an online shop. For now it's limited to payments for booking appointments, like haircuts at your local salon and restaurant reservations.
