report this adMario Kart hasn’t always been the only kart racing game on the block, and it appears it’ll have a rival once again, as a remastered version of Crash Team Racing has finally been officially unveiled. The remaster was announced by none other than the orange bandicoot himself at The Game Awards and appears to have received the same total-overhaul treatment as the N. Sane Trilogy. The announcement trailer uses PlayStation branding but doesn’t say anything about exclusive or timed content. However, the trailer does confirm the release date as June 21, 2019. The game was originally teased a few days ago with a pair of fuzzy orange dice posted to Twitter, which immediately began making fans of the Crash Bandicoot games speculate about a potential remaster. Given the success of the N. Sane Trilogy and the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, this remaster certainly makes sense. Crash Team Racing Remastered will launch on June 21, 2019.
